Rubberand plastic materials are mainly made of high-quality rubberand polyvinyl chloride(NBR/PVC),which are mixed and foamed through mixing,compounding,continuous extrusion,heating foaming,cooling and cutting.
Rubberinsulation material is an elastic closed cell foam material,which has the advantages of low thermal conductivity,fire resistance,moisture resistance,shock absorption and noise reduction,environmental protection and health,long service life,elegant appearance,and easy installation.
can achieve the effect of reducing cold and heat losses.In addition,the construction is simple,the appearance is clean and beautiful,and the product does not contain fiber dust,which willnot breed harmful substances such as mold.Therefore,it is a high-quality new generation of insulation material.

Feature

1.High fire resistance:Rubberinsulation board has the characteristicof being non combustible when exposedtofire,and its com- bustion performance can reach the national B-level standard.The maximum temperature that can be used is 180°℃.The foam structure in the layer can be well protected.
2.Good insulation performance and high thermal conductivity: Rubbersheet can provide insulation and heat preservation,with a low thermal conductivity.
3.Heat resistance time of180°C:Rubberinsulation board has high thermal stability and can be used fora longtime at 150°℃ .
4.Good corrosion resistance and aging resistance:rubberand plasticplates can be exposed to the sun fora long time without ob- vious aging phenomenon.So the agingresistance is good.
5.Low density and extremely light weight:Rubber insulation boards have the conditions to reach a density of around 50kg/m3
when the density is below 80kg/m3.And the construction is simple,fast,and improves workefficiency.
